We use enquiry data to quote, fulfil orders, answer questions, and keep records of correspondence. We do not sell personal data. We may share it with processors who host this website, send email, or store files (for example our hosting, database and image providers), only as needed to run the site and handle your request.

Submissions are stored in our admin inbox. Attached drawings are kept privately (not on the public website). We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle the request, meet legal or tax duties, and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymise them.

You may ask to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold, or withdraw consent for further contact, by emailing the address on our Contact page. If you have a concern you cannot resolve with us, you may contact the Data Protection Board of India.
